Privacy Policy — Prelude for Plex

Short version: Prelude talks to Plex and to nothing else. There is no Prelude server, no analytics, and no account with us.
What the app stores on your watch

Who the app talks to
- plex.tv — to sign in (the
plex.tv/linkcode flow) and to list the servers on your account. - Your Plex Media Server — to browse your library, download the music you selected, and report tracks you finished playing.
That is the complete list. Prelude contacts no other host. There is no telemetry, no crash reporting, and no advertising.
What we collect
Nothing. The developer operates no server and receives no data from the app.
Your Plex account
Prelude uses the token that plex.tv issues when you link the app. It is stored only on your watch.
Revoke access at any time from plex.tv → Account → Authorised Devices, or from Sign out inside the app — which deletes the token and the downloaded music from the watch.
Children
Prelude is not directed at children and collects no personal data from anyone.
Changes
Material changes will be noted here with a new date, and in the app's store listing release notes.
